To Serve and to Protect

A quite unique strategy game where you have to manage the police department (initially within one section) of a city full of criminal activity. You really have to manage all aspects of the city police activities: it is you who decide how many cars to send for a specific call, and how many on patrol, you build new police station buildings (not immediately), buy new police cars, pre-selecting from several brands, you set the salary for police officers and numerous other employees, recruit people, manage the budget and tax revenues, and still deal with an enormous number of cases. And, of course, you protect the peace of respectable citizens.
