Buster Fight est un jeu de combat sur Game Gear dans lequel vous participerez à un tournoi visant à déterminer qui est le plus grand combattant du monde. Le titre prend place dans un monde futuriste, un an après la découverte d'un vaisseau spatial crashé sur la planète. Vous aurez le choix entre 4 combattants, que vous devrez chacun défaire un par un, votre double y compris, avant d'avoir accès au boss final. Le jeu vous proposera trois niveaux de difficulté.
