Sanrio Carnival 2 sur NES est un puzzle game adapté de la licence Hello Kitty. Jouable seul ou à deux, ce dernier permet d'incarner un personnage qui frappe horizontalement des blocs venant du haut de l'écran. L'objectif est alors de les empiler par trois au minimum pour les détruire et empocher un maximum de points.
