This is the first PS2 exclusive game from Banpresto, and it's a content adaptation of their Super Robot Wars series into an action game. During intermissions, players can choose up to 4 robots to deploy, with one being controlled by the player. The remaining robots are controlled by the CPU, but the player can switch between the controlled robots at any time during missions. Cooperative play with two players is also possible.
